This company is 100% fraudulent. I booked tickets to Bali for my family of six at a cost of nearly $15,000. When the airlines changed their itineraries (as they tend to do) Flight Network refused to help me change my flights and, instead, directed me to contact the airlines directly. When I contacted the airlines directly, guess what? The airlines told me Flight Network actually owns the tickets and they are the ONLY ones who can make changes.

After multiple calls to Flight Network the only option they provided me was a "refund". However, of the $14,754 I gave them, they refunded me a whopping $7997 - just $6757 shy! When I contacted Flight Network to inquire as to where the other nearly seven grand went, they said it was "non-refundable airline taxes". When they told me there was nothing else they could do I asked for a manager or someone who might be able to help me and they said "we aren't allowed to get a manager". When I asked them for their address I was told "we aren't allowed to give out our address". When, in utter disbelief, I asked them what country they were in, they initially said they weren't allowed to tell me, though they eventually relented and said "India". They appear to have mailboxes in places like Toronto, Sweden, and Miami that they use on U.S. based communications and advertisements but, evidently, that is far from the truth.

Stay far, far, FAR, away from this company. They make their money by booking travel and then, when flights change, refusing to do the most basic part of their job while simply taking you for everything they can. They are, in every possible way imaginable, and utter and complete scam.

I chose to book flights through your website as it showed that your prices were the cheapest, only to find out that the payment deduction from my credit card was not the same amount as the flight cost. Your website stated that the ticket was $401 SGD but the amount deducted at the end of the booking was $1100 which is completely ridiculous as the first transaction processed message that I received stated $401 but the following message that came within seconds stated $1100 was deducted which I did not even authorize. This is a total scam and I am very upset that even your customer service could not provide me with proper answers when contacted. I would like to be refunded immediately

Great services, booking is fast and usually the price for tickets are ok.

I was informed that I pay the extras we will have a better sitting due to my husband's health n my mental health we needed to be more comfortable so instead of premium economy they put us on economy it was very uncomfortable I was so sick that I forgot my handbag with my valuables. Yes I complained to qatar but no sympathy I was even promised upgrade to business to make me happy now there refusing me n don't want to refund me the whole money I paid I'm very upset n disappointed

It’s worst service in my life I booked my ticket on flight network and add 20 kg baggage for 63$. After my successful payment flight network send me a mail after 3-4 hours your baggage is not confirmed due to technical error. I called so many times in flight network they always told me for luggage call to direct Malaysian airlines when I called to Malaysian airlines they asked me 500$ for only 20 kg luggage . And flight centre told me your ticket not canceled policy. So you can understand how can travel person only 7 kg hand baggage in international flight. Worst worst service given by flight network not to suggest any one.

Firstly the new Bonza service is a great advance in Australian aviation.Found it a bit difficult to find the booking site and schedules. Once there the booking process on Bonza was excellent.
Excellent costing for three. Will drive to Rockhampton to fly to Cairns,well worth the time. Good on younBONZA.

When I was paying, suddenly the price increased in 65€, just during the time I was filling the info of the passangers. That makes me distrust you, next time I will likely use another app, you didn't warn that could happen

I've bee scammed constantly through my booking with these guys. First red flag - revere got a receipt number, they spelt Sydney incorrectly when processing funds, spelt it "Sidney". Then 4x stated that the flights have been cancelled / change, continuously providing me with misleading information. They told me I could only get a refund on the last change to my flights as the airline had "cancelled". However this flight was still running the whole time. So my silly self cancelled and got started the refund process as told by them that's what I should do.... THEN told 5 days for airline to process funds... it's been 17 days and nothing. They are trying to tell me the airline hasn't issued anything . Now down 2K. Absolutely appalling.

I called up to do a correction to name on my booking however the anwser was no we cant help you, you got to get a new ticket. This is ridiculous as the airline has told us the correction of 3 letters is acceptable however only the travel agent could change it.
This provider is unhelpful and just want to earn the commission. I will stay away.

It is very confusing with all the add ons, I actually think I couldn’t book the type of flight I wanted, it let me go through the whole process then just said something went wrong, after I had selected the more expensive option it went through fine, now I think I purchased stuff I didn’t need because I had to take the more expensive flight.
I also want extra baggage allowance but nothing happens when I click on that option.

Honesty in advertising is something this company needs to improve on. The price you are quoted is not the price you pay. I was misled into purchasing flight tickets cheap when in fact the price charged to my credit card was not the agreed amount.

It was very easy to book a multi city ticket with Flight Network , with information quickly compiled and easily accessed and understood.
