At first, the booking looked like a good deal, but I kind of figured there would be a catch somewhere. Once I got to the airline’s site, the bag fee showed up, and suddenly the total wasn’t nearly as cheap. Flightnetwork didn’t really make it clear what was included, so it felt misleading. When I contacted support, they just sent me back to the airline, which is usually how these things seem to go. I wouldn’t use them again.

This kind of back-and-forth clearly shows a lack of coordination and accountability. As a customer, I should not be stuck between the airline and the booking platform while my money is at stake.
The service is highly unprofessional, slow, and unreliable. There is no clear communication, and it feels like customers are left helpless once the payment is made.
I strongly advise others to avoid booking through this platform. Save your money and choose a more trustworthy and transparent service provider.

"Chargeback mess and zero real help"
I ended up having to file a chargeback because I was waiting forever for my refund. Flight Network kept sending the same generic copy-paste emails, they weren’t helpful at all when it came to the dispute. My bank needed some info, and somehow Flight Network made the whole thing way more confusing than it needed to be. At first I was just annoyed, but then I was furious. It really felt like they were dragging it out on purpose. I’m not booking through them again, way too much stress for something that should’ve been simple
